Designing a 360° tailor-made strategy for key customers based on company Value Proposition. Implementing defined strategy through outstanding execution, coordinating Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Digital teams. Positioning our company as a Premium brand. Scouting, profiling, and deeply analyzing new high potential leads supported by the BI department. Designing tailor-made plans with targeted customers based on company values (New & actual customers). Creating a unique and premium customer journey (before, during, and after customer meetings). Meeting potential and actual customers: Creating or strengthening relationships. Assimilating customer insights such as competitors' activities. Deeply understanding customer needs & strategy. Preparing and presenting a premium & dedicated offering. Defining a mid-term 360° Joint Business Plan with the customer. Defining KPIs to measure success. Creating a demand planning forecast, both in Sell-in and Sell-out. Defining an accurate P&L including investments and gross to net details. Involving and influencing internal departments (Marketing, Medical, Digital). Ensuring continuous follow-up respecting go-to-market milestones. Monitoring KPI. Being the point of reference for the customer. Involved with CE Manager in the design of Elite programs & services for KAM. Involved in designing the Value Proposition of M-A. Technical & Functional Skills:
Master's Degree in Economics / Business / Marketing. Experience > 5 years in sales or marketing in medical aesthetics. Appetite & experience in science, marketing & digital activities. Good understanding of basic Finance (P&L, gross profit). Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated history of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
