KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Southern Italy (based in Campania)
The Tasks: Building and developing Photocure in Italy through the set-up and management of sales- and key accounts in Southern Italy. Develop and execute tactical implementation plans to achieve budgeted goals. Strive to improve the region's efficiency in terms of revenues, profit (costs), and processes. Continuously review and adapt the business priorities in relation to market needs, customer requirements, regulatory requirements, competition, and own business objectives. Build strong relation and cooperation with equipment partners. Build strong internal and external relationships to support the business objectives. Connect with industry associations, government officials, and healthcare authorities to understand the trends that will impact sales. Lead change as necessary to anticipate market trends. Forecast and report results, trends and key activities. Build close working relationships with a range of contacts, including key opinion leaders, key customers, associates within the industry, EU Marketing team, and European and Headquarter work colleagues. Oversee regional government affairs and technology lobbying campaigns. What they expect from you: Degree in Life Sciences as required by law (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine or similar). Excellent sales and consulting talent paired with technical understanding, sales and marketing management experience within the health care industry, preferably within hospital drugs or Medical Device sector. Sound knowledge of the general market, regulatory environment, tender and government bid processes. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders. Ability to work autonomously and a desire for responsibility and accountability. Energetic, resourceful, self-driven, entrepreneurial and a visionary, drive for success. Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional communication & leadership skills. Skills in financial analysis, forecasting and budget management. Clear and problem solving, inclusiveness and External Focus are required. Willingness to travel (50% of the time sleeping away from home) and experience in managing large territories.
