Key Responsibilities: For our K-Way outlet store at Valdichiana Village in Foiano, we are looking for a Sales Assistant with experience in fashion retail.
As a Sales Assistant, your objective is to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently looks appealing to encourage sales by maintaining order, cleanliness, and assortment completeness. You must ensure courtesy, positivity, and kindness while collaborating effectively with the team.
Assist customers with sales; Maintain and manage merchandise to ensure maximum availability in the department; Keep the store orderly and clean; Manage the fitting rooms according to company guidelines; Handle cash operations. Requirements: Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear sector); Excellent knowledge of the English language; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in working hours.
