It empowers and drives outcomes to realize a simple, unique, and seamless meeting whenever and wherever our customers want to meet with IKEA employees in a remote set.
The purpose of the job is to translate the group capacity plans into country scheduling plans in order to maximise business outcomes, while adapting to co-worker preferences when possible.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY• Define rules for scheduling and assign to individual employees to generate schedules for coming weeks using specific algorithms in order to balance business and co-worker needs;• Sense check and validate medium and long term capacity plans from group to adapt when relevant to local situation;• Integrate co-workers input in the scheduling and publish updated schedules in order to ensure work/life balance and to create transparency and common view;• Define activities and timings within a shift, including tweaks and changes to shifts based on short term view of demand, in order to keep the schedule relevant despite changes in demand/capacity;• Translate the weekly forecasts into interval patterns in order to reflect customer demands.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE• High level of data/computer proficiency;• Fluent in both Italian and English (Spoken and Written);• Good knowledge of MS in particular Excel;• Enjoy working in a team where openness and a sharing culture is promoted; • Inspired by working agile and being open to change;• Energized by working in a dynamic and ever changing retail environment;• Passionate to create a good work-life balance for employees and contribute to IKEA being a great place to work;• Broad knowledge of workforce management with focus on retail businesses, covering demand, capacity and scheduling;• Broad knowledge of demand drivers connected to sales and customer care in multinational environments Registra più tardi Candidati per una posizione lavorativa
