The role is supporting the Iberia region, but the teams are working from all across Europe and the UK. The candidate will be responsible for the set up of our Saas products, in accordance with clients requirements for the market. The main responsibilities are:Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customerSupporting with client requestsPerform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaSPerform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirementsPresent the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queriesTickets management in collaboration with R&D teamCooperation with the Tech and Product team, as well as Customer Success. RequirementsOur ideal Junior Web Content Specialist will have previous experience working in a stakeholder management environment, as well as providing technical support in the set up of web based products, using CMS tools.
