The ideal candidate is a precise and reliable person who can actively contribute to the efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Main responsibilities and duties include: Identifying the products and services required to manage the maintenance company's programs and operations;Managing inventories, ensuring the maintenance of the minimum required levels;Receiving and processing mechanics' requests;Sending requests to preferred or new suppliers;Managing purchases, requesting quotes, and comparing offers;Obtaining approval for quotes and tracking documents;Ensuring the correct receipt of goods or services ordered;Accepting and inspecting incoming parts;Updating the warehouse management program;Identifying and storing parts to be sent to the distribution warehouse;Delivering parts to mechanics and collecting dismantled ones, in accordance with company procedures;Preparing accompanying documents for parts to be shipped;Preparing goods for shipment. Necessary requirements: Written and spoken knowledge of the English language;Preferably first experience in related tasks, possibly also without experience;Good command of the Office package;Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability;Accuracy in preparing and archiving documents;Ability to work independently and solve problems;Strict compliance with safety regulations;Follow the procedures in force in the company.
