Junior Visual Merchandiser Designer

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Junior Visual Merchandiser Designer based in our Milan HQ.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the Global HQ Visual Merchandising team, assisting in various visual merchandising tasks and projects. Collaborate on the development and execution of in-store displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and visual standards. Assist with the coordination of seasonal rollouts, from initial concepts to in-store installations. Occasionally contribute to special visual merchandising projects and event set-ups as needed. Support the preparation of presentation materials and renderings (basic rendering skills are required).

Key Requirements & Competencies

Strong interest and passion for luxury fashion and visual merchandising. Basic rendering skills (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar software). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience or internships in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related field is a plus. Fluency in Italian. Fluency in English
