We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join the digital experience team for the creation of digital projects for the agency and its clients.
Contractual level: InternshipExperience: Previous experience, even minimal, is preferredLocation and working hours: Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00Main roles and responsibilities:Work closely with developers, marketing teams and others across the agency to ensure design alignment with business objectivesMonitor usage metrics and gather user feedback to make iterative improvements to your projectsMaintain a solid understanding of trends and best practices in the UI design industrySkills and experience:Degree in Design with focus on User Interface designKnowledge of user interface (UI) design principlesAbility to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and other design and prototyping toolsPortfolio of different projects that demonstrate skills in the various areas of a User Centered Design processPreferably basic knowledge of HTML and CSSPropensity for teamwork, continuous updating and sharing of sector developments in groupsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with various company functionsCreativity in generating innovative solutions and problem-solvingGood organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projectsFluency in EnglishPrevious experience, even short, in communications agencies is preferablePrecision and attention to detailNice to have:Positivity, enthusiasm, resistance to stress and orientation towards problem solvingGood organizational, time management and team collaboration skillsReal interest in the latest technologies and passion for project developmentThis announcement is aimed at both sexes, pursuant to laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and all nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
