CCH Tagetik is looking for a passionate and organized Junior Training Platforms Coordinator to join the Corporate Academy team and support all activities related to the Corporate Academy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Course delivery infrastructures, in particular regarding the Academy platforms: maintenance, support to the global training network, implementation and improvement of additional features.- Manage project-related tools and resources by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored- Help organizing training event logistics (from location to on-site support during special events) for Corporate Academy- Help managing interaction with attendees regarding course registration, cancellation and (when required) invoicing.-
- Ensure a quick response to any training infrastructure issues (for infrastructures managed directly by the Academy)- Ensure that the Corporate content shared with the local Training Managers is always up-to-date (the latest training material, latest development and changes in training curricula)
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business, Digital Humanities, Digital Communication or related field- Ability to adapt and learn how to interact with different systems and platforms- Italian and English proficiency (C1 preferred, B2 minimum)- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Power Point proficiency a plus)- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills- Excellent attention to detail, sense of ownership and proactive attitude towards the role- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- 1 year experience with platforms such as: LMS (e.g.
SAP Litmos, Docebo), Event management systems (Cvent, Aventri), Authoring tools (Madcap suite, Office suite).
