YOUR TASKS Analyze the key levers of trade marketing (range, distribution, pricing, promotion) to assess the actions to be takenAnalyze and select growth potentials on category and customers level and assess the necessary tools and investments for growthDevelop customer plans in close collaboration with sales forceSupport the sales force to deliver products distribution plan according to the validated prioritiesWork closely with our Marketing team to develop and implement a trade calendar of POS activities and instore eventsElaborate proposals for consumer incentive mechanicsSupport planning of volumes and prices and monitoring of trendsDevelop category projects with customersThe person will report to the Trade Marketing ManagerYOUR PROFILE Degree in economics, marketing, mathematics or statisticsMin. 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management or Sales with preference in FMCG Business in Italian modern tradeAdvanced knowledge of ExcelA commitment to growth, a willingness to take on new challengesPassion for the food sectorAnalytical, proactive and open personalityFluent in Italian and EnglishWE OFFER An international company that cares about people and the planetIndividual onboarding programA mentored and supported professional growthProfessional and personal training at our "Loacker Academy"A company canteenLocation: Bolzano (I)
