YOUR TASKS Analyze the key levers of trade marketing (range, distribution, pricing, promotion) to assess the actions to be taken Analyze and select growth potentials on category and customers level and assess the necessary tools and investments for growth Develop customer plans in close collaboration with sales force Support the sales force to deliver products distribution plan according to the validated priorities Work closely with our Marketing team to develop and implement a trade calendar of POS activities and instore events Elaborate proposals for consumer incentive mechanics Support planning of volumes and prices and monitoring of trends Develop category projects with customers The person will report to the Trade Marketing Manager YOUR PROFILE Degree in economics, marketing, mathematics or statistics Min. 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management or Sales with preference in FMCG Business in Italian modern trade Advanced knowledge of Excel A commitment to growth, a willingness to take on new challenges Passion for the food sector Analytical, proactive and open personality Fluent in Italian and English WE OFFER An international company that cares about people and the planet Individual onboarding program A mentored and supported professional growth Professional and personal training at our "Loacker Academy" A company canteen Location: Bolzano (I)
