Your future contribution: As Agriturismo.it Technical Product Manager & Developer, you will play a vital role in preserving the seamless operation of our legacy website by focusing on the maintenance of its front-end and backend architecture.
You will be responsible for assigned business areas, taking proactive steps to improve processes and resolve challenges in a timely manner.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, from engineering, product or other specialized units, from both Feries and HomeToGo Group.
It's an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the website's performance.
How you'll add value: Ensure the continuous operation of the legacy website, focusing on bug fixes, troubleshooting, minor updates, and performance optimizations.
Implement and oversee a triage process for system incidents, ensuring efficient escalation paths are followed for well-triaged issues and maintaining documentation.
Work closely with engineers to prioritize and address maintenance tasks.
Support problems discovery process by collecting, analyzing data, formulating hypotheses and contributing with ideas and concepts.
Coordinate with the support team to uphold security standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
You'll be successful in this role if you: Have proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Developer or similar role, ideally with exposure to legacy systems.
Possess strong technical background with understanding of PHP, Java/Javascript and SQL.
Are proactive, hands-on, have the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
Are curious and take challenges as an opportunity to grow.
Have strong writing and speaking skills in Italian and English.
Have knowledge of incident management processes and experience in handling system escalations as a plus.
