Junior Tax Specialist

Junior Tax Specialist, telecommunications networks. Support the governance of corporate income tax (including support in managing corporate income tax queries stemming from the business, tax calculation, etc.); Support the governance of VAT and other Indirect Tax calculation (quarterly/annual declaration/Intrastat); Support the governance and calculation of WHT and monthly payments; Support in tax analyses on new tax laws and regulations; Support on ad hoc researches on specific direct and indirect tax implications impacting the Company; Support in ensuring timely and accurate tax provision and financial reporting; Support the implementation of a tax control framework fully aligned with OECD principles and with applicable tax laws and regulations; Support in periodical analyses aimed at checking that the controls mitigating tax risks included in the control matrixes of the tax control framework are updated and effective (in cooperation with compliance dept. and/or risk management dept.); Support the tax dept. in any other relevant activity related to direct and indirect taxation. Categoria: Technology & Telecoms Luogo di lavoro: Milano Requisiti: Master's degree in tax/accounting/finance/economics/law; At least 3-year experience in dealing with tax law in in-house contexts and/or big-four tax depts.; Excellent knowledge of Italian tax law; CTA or equivalent certification is preferred; Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written; Ability to critically analyze data obtained from various departments; Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, relational aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to take on challenges; Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
