About the Role Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic Junior Talent Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. Based in Seoul, Korea, you will report to our Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition in Finland.This role offers a great growth opportunity, allowing you to be a central recruitment partner for our stakeholders in APAC and collaborate closely with our Global Talent Acquisition team.

Evaluate candidate applications and identify top talent. Manage interview scheduling and ensure timely communication and feedback. Prospect candidates for high-priority roles and maintain a robust candidate pipeline. Oversee job board management for publishing and renewing job advertisements Assist in managing the recruitment process, continuously improving methods, and exploring new channels. Ensure smooth information flow with local HR and team members. Foster strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, including headhunters and universities. Provide insights on strategic sourcing and recruiting tactics. Keep up with market trends through client interactions, candidate feedback, and research. Use both traditional and innovative methods to attract high-quality candidates. Act as a brand ambassador by representing our brand positively when interacting with candidates. About you: 1-2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational skills and a data-informed approach to recruitment. Ownership mindset and proactive approach Excellent English, both written and verbal Experience in IT/Technology industry is a plus
