The focus of the role will be managing business development and stakeholder engagement projects to support the development of our onshore wind, PV and battery storage projects in Italy.
His/Her work will mainly consist of the following: Business Development: Fostering a dynamic network of national and local stakeholders with a view to establish partnerships with multipliers, such as trade associations, consortiums, companies, agencies etc.
for the development of our projects Managing key partnerships with strategic stakeholders with the view to generate leads to boost the origination opportunities for the Development team Work collaboratively with all Development Project Managers to support ad hoc origination and development projects Identifying and managing initiatives or events to showcase RWE standards and maximize business opportunities Managing RWE presence at main national tradeshows, such as K.EY, coordinating different departments and all external service providers Liaising with Communications team in order to develop information material and communication tools (brochures, videos, etc.)
as needed by the Dev team and for ad-hoc events Stakeholder Engagement: Project Management of initiatives dedicated to our main local stakeholders, namely schools, authorities and general public by designing and delivering in order to promote the renewables culture, nationwide.
This may include: school programs, conferences, outreach events, campaigns etc.. Nurture network of contacts on a national and local levels including Education institutions, local authorities and civil society Support Development Project Managers in managing ad hoc stakeholder initiatives such as implementation of community products and sponsorships, from activation to implementation Support reporting, evaluation and analysis liaising with central internal functions and/or external consultants Manage external partners, service providers and suppliers Liaise with Communications team to develop information material and communication tools (brochures, videos, etc.)
order to boost knowledge dissemination, internal and external as needed Communicate the initiatives proactively and effectively within the company, disseminating progress/ findings and gathering additional ideas Skills and qualifications: Proven track record of approx.
3/4 years of relevant project management experience in coordinating initiatives of stakeholder engagement, such as educational, communications, marketing or public relation related, ideally in the Energy, Technology or Innovation fields University degree or a Master's degree in communications, marketing and public relations or related fields Manage and optimize project budgets, objectives, schedules and deliverables Preferable knowledge of the Italian renewables market Creative "outside the box" thinker Excellent analytical and organizational skills Solution oriented, highly motivated, self-starter, confident and resourceful Excellent Italian and English Willingness for regular travel within Italy When applying, please include a dossier with relevant communication material (brochures, presentations, posters, press releases etc..) regarding initiatives, programmes and events managed in the past by the candidate, with the description of roles and responsibilities.
