We are looking for a talented Solution Architect who is eager to help protect primary Global Financial Institutions from the most advanced attacks and fraud patterns. Cleafy Solution Architect must be able to earn each customer's respect and trust through knowledge and service delivery principles, understanding how these fit into our customer's overall environment.
Responsibilities Design the high-level architecture of the solution (data flows, integration methods, technical processes) in relation to customers' requirements and existing infrastructureManage technical and functional aspects of a customer integration project including assessment, configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live supportIdentify customer needs and map them to technical requirementsIdentify technical risks and provide mitigation strategiesInvestigate and resolve technical problems as they ariseCreate and maintain documentation regarding installations, procedures, and incidentsEngage with customers and guide them in the full adoption of the productWork on new and existing product initiativesOther responsibilities as assigned Requirements Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or a related fieldAt least 1+ year of experience working in IT consultancy firms or complex environments such as banks, large financial institutions, or other enterprise-level organizations.Experience in designing and implementing complex IT architectures, including but not limited to network balancing, security, and containerized environments.Good understanding of main network balancing IT architecture components, like: WAF, ADC, LB, proxy and reverse-proxy, FWGood understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, and other technologies involved in delivering sophisticated web servicesGood understanding of end-point security, incident response, and network management conceptsBasic knowledge of Cyber Security principles and best practicesGood written and verbal EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skills Plus Main Cloud Providers (GCP, Azure, AWS) or CISCO certificationsProficiency in Spanish, French, or German, both written and spokenBasic understanding of Android and iOS platforms and ecosystemsScripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python Why you should join Cleafy: Hybrid or remote job.
