The candidate will be integrated into an existing team able to be part of the next disruptive high throughput video applications with shared resources among cloud and embedded systems.
He/she operates under a local supervision with regular review of completed assignments.
The candidate is able to: Design, coding, testing and debugging of .NET (C#) applications; Integration of .NET applications with Web Services (SOAP) and media streaming services (standard audio and video codecs, e.g H.264, MPEG4.
AAC, over a proprietary transport layer); Enhancing existing C# components for video platforms; Interactions with J2EE components used in our enterprise class solution.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer Science); At least one year of professional experience in the related role; Good Knowledge about .Net (C#) development with MS-Visual Studio, WPF; Exposure to responsive UI design best practices; Experience with Web Services / SOAP / REST based client server architecture; Good knowledge of Software Version Control Systems (Git, Subversion, …), and the related best practices; Experience with Agile software development environment (SCRUM); Object-oriented design and design patterns; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Fluent both Italian English.
Desirable: knowledge / Experience with .NET Maui Ui cross-platform framework; Desirable: knowledge of networking protocols an tools (e.g.
TCP/IP, HTTP, RTSP/RTP, Wireshark, Fiddler, …).
