Currently, in our plant in Legnago, we are searching for a Junior Shipping Specialist, who will have to ensure timely delivery of the goods for our customers in Europe, as well as to analyze shipping procedures to determine the most cost-effective methods while ensuring timeliness and efficiencies to meet customer needs.
About The Job:
- Manage the shipments to ensure that goods are shipped and received on time- Prepare shipping documents for export shipments- Ensure that the couriers are fully informed about the shipments, delivery instructions and delivery times- Review shipping routes and identify improvements to reduce costs and/or improve customer satisfaction- Create customer-specific and departmental reports for the management team- Provide solutions for raised problems or difficulties- Other duties as assigned
About You:
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics/warehousing- High school diploma or university degree (preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or related field)- Knowledge of basic dock procedures- Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)- Ability to write and speak both Italian and English languages- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
