We are looking for a Junior SEO Analyst to be employed in our Milan office.The candidate in this role will assist with the planning, reviewing and optimization of SEO workflows whilst supporting the team in financial and legal workflows. You will report directly to the SEO Director and the SEO Managers.You will:Focus on day-to-day execution of basic SEO tasks.Be accountable for supplier contracts and adherence to the internal legal policy.Be responsible of the new business tracking on internal tools, elaborating reports for the SEO Director.Collect data and information on all the SEO projects to be tracked and stored on internal tools.Be responsible of business requirements and information filled in contracts and work together with the legal dept for the compliance.Monitor resource allocation monthly through excel and dashboards, reporting them to the SEO Managers.Qualifications:Degree in Economics or Management EngineeringUnderstanding of financial processFamiliarity with legislative documents and communicationsAccuracy and organizational skillsYou have a high affinity to SEO and digital trends.Enjoy diversified activity in a dynamic work environment.Brilliant communication skills and self-confidenceFull professional proficiency in Italian and EnglishPersonal Specification/Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceEffective time management and project management skills Team working and collaborative attitudeIf necessary is able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesIf you believe you match these skills, please apply!
