Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Junior Sales Manager - Temporary Contract 12 monthsThe Hill's Junior Sales Manager (SM) will support the sales team, reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager, and Hill's business in sales growing, distribution, market share and to become Brand Recommended Most Often "BRMO", in the assigned territory.The Junior Sales Manager manages the customers, both veterinary clinics and specialty pet retail stores, in the assigned territory.What you will do:Territory ManagementAchieve territory sales targets managing orders' collection through effective visits with customers and handling efficiently all the commercial/financial aspects and engaging all the internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate records in the Hill's reporting systemLeverage all Company available tools to drive execution (Product Distribution, Detailing material, Staff Feeding, Sampling, Trial, etc.
