For our branch in Lodi (California) we are looking for a:
JUNIOR SALES ENGINEER Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Business Developer who will be responsible for helping grow our business by developing new market leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The focus is to build on relationships with existing customers and partners as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities: Sourcing new opportunities by researching accounts and identifying key players; Communicating with Customers, making outbound calls to potential Customers; Understanding Customer needs and requirements; Answering potential Customers' questions and providing them with additional information; Maintaining and expanding database of prospects; Updating CRM; Ensuring market coverage by maintaining continuous contacts with potential and existing Customers. Job Requirements: Good communication skills, both verbal and written; Strong listening and presentation skills; Analysis and organizational skills; Reliability and precision; Fluency in Spanish preferred; Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and/or in industrial machines is a plus.
