Junior Retail Business Analyst

We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.The candidate will join our Retail Department team based in Milan.MAIN OBJECTIVE - JOB SUMMARYWe're seeking a dynamic individual with sharp analytical skills and a collaborative attitude.
The candidate will focus on executing retail performance analysis and reporting and will closely collaborate with retail managers to drive meaningful improvements in our stores' performances.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the world of luxury retail at 360°, working alongside key stakeholders across various functions and regions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze store performances in terms of sales, KPIs, and productivity.Collaborate with various teams (e.g., retail area managers, retail directors, retail development, product/buying, HR) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to identify new commercial initiatives and drive performance improvements.Support in setting sales goals and performance targets.Ensure the accuracy and consistency of sales data.KEY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITIONAL SKILLSStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and precision in working with data.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Eagerness to learn, proactive, and ability to propose new solutions.Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, and ability to connect and interact with a diverse, international team.Experience in the retail or fashion industry is considered a plus.Knowledge of BI (e.g., Business Intelligence, Microstrategy) systems is considered a plus.
