Air Liquide Medical Systems deals with medical devices for the treatment of respiratory diseases. The company develops, manufactures and sells innovative products in three different areas of respiratory medicine:
Ventilation: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for intensive care, emergency treatments, transport treatments and home therapy. Aerosol therapy devices. Devices for the emanation of medical gases. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Air Liquide Medical Systems offers innovative solutions and medical devices for patients with chronic respiratory diseases or those requiring ventilatory support. We are looking for a Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (F/M) to join our Quality & Regulatory Affairs team.
Reporting directly to the QHSE /RA Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product compliance and making them available in the global market through dedicated registration processes.
Activities: Study the feasibility of registering a new medical device. Cooperate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Sales teams from other Group entities. Support customers with regulatory inquiries, adhering to required timelines. Manage the registration of medical devices marketed in Italy and globally. Request Free Sale Certificates and follow the legalisation procedures required for extra-European exports. Support the review of promotional and non-promotional material for medical devices. Assist the QHSE manager in quality-related activities and audits. Support quality regulatory teams in our French subsidiaries in conducting audits and managing quality crises with their suppliers. Are you a Match? Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Management). Previous experience in the role of 6 months to 1 year (nice to have).
