The Junior Real Estate Project Manager will be the point of reference for all stakeholders involved (companies, clients, and external consultants) and will dedicate themselves to the management and coordination of real estate projects from the initial phase to final delivery. Responsibilities: Supervision of all phases of the real estate project (from defining initial objectives to delivering the completed project). Planning activities and managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Managing administrative practices and authorizations related to urban planning and construction regulations. Coordinating technical work teams (architects, engineers, technical consultants) and monitoring the progress of the works. Maintaining relationships with Clients (Institutional Investors) and updating them on the status of the project. Requirements: Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Master in Real Estate (mandatory). 1-2 years of experience in project management in the Real Estate and Construction sector. In-depth knowledge of urban planning and construction regulations.
