Junior Real Estate Project Manager

Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for managing all the project phases aimed at acquiring or realizing properties, ensuring that these are conducted in compliance with the requirements, times and costs shared with the internal customer.
The core responsibilities of the role are: analyzing the variables involved in the process of identifying and developing new real estate opportunities preparing reports and presentations relating to investments Qualifications 1.01 Carries out analytical, technical-environmental and urban management activities for the acquisition, development and financing processes of properties.
1.02 Draws up technical-urban planning reports on the compliance of properties and related consultancy on any critical issues encountered.
1.03 Proposes potential investments through analysis of markets, creating feasibility studies for site acquisition.
1.04 Manages suppliers during the acquisition process, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework.
1.05 Prepares project budgets, cash flow projections and project schedules by following and coordinating loan applications from various sources.
1.06 Facilitates a variety of real estate transactions, acting as an intermediary between the parties involved.
1.07 Drafts, reviews and verifies evaluation reports carried out by external consultants.
1.08 Assumes the role of Project leader in merger or acquisition transactions of real estate portfolios.
1.09 Performs feasibility analyzes of real estate development projects.
1.10 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities.
1.11 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business.
1.12 Adopts behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as an interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community.
