Job Description Summary Junior R&D Testing Engineer internship for 6 months for students or fresh graduated engineers.
As Junior R&D Testing Engineer, you will be part of an accredited HV lab and you will be involved in the preparation and execution of type tests, issue of type test reports, and issue of technical dossiers. You will coordinate with R&D engineers and support in the product sizing and development, assisting them in the new homologations according to internal standards and customer technical specifications. Additionally, you will support R&D digital leaders in the validations and development of new digital solutions.
Job Description As Junior R&D Testing Engineer, you will be involved in:
Contribution to the execution of internal accredited type tests EHS: follow safety rules, with focus on LOTO and TSV Type tests execution and witnessing (mainly in the internal accredited lab but also external worldwide labs if needed) Test instructions and test procedure issuance Support in the resolution of Non-conformities Issuance of technical documents and type test dossiers for internal or external use Support Digital project leaders in the daily development and validation of digital activities Network & Links Internal: R&D, Standardization, Laboratory, Engineering, Sales Dept External: Customers, Accredited laboratories Qualifications / Requirements Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar). New graduate or with a few years of experience in the field of testing or engineering or R&D. Technical High School Diploma in Electrical Engineering with some years of experience in the electrical or testing sector. Desired Characteristics The candidate shall be passionate about electrical engineering and testing, motivated with a strong ability for collaboration and teamwork.
