You will be based in Tuscany and work both from the location of August homes and from your own home (hybrid).Role Definition and Key Responsibilities:Support and execute the projects and daily functions.Take lead from the Senior Property Manager as to what is a priority.Your key responsibilities will encompass:Collaborate with the Home Experience team to ensure smooth communication and support.Follow established company processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.Manage and oversee key access for all properties.Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health, safety, and maintenance are maintained at all properties.Assist in maintaining contracts for utilities, insurance, and home registrations.Execute weekly priorities and daily task lists as directed by the Senior Property Manager.Support the quotation process by gathering details for maintenance and service needs.Assist with communication to homeowners, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.Be available to assist with homeowner check-ins.Conduct stock control and verify home inventories.Aid in performing home audits and confirming adherence to standards.Assist the Senior Property Manager with submitting supplier invoices.Generic Role Requirements:Serve as the primary contact for homeowners during their stay, fostering and maintaining positive relationships.Collaborate closely with the Home Experience team to ensure seamless communication and service.Adhere to established processes and procedures, following the company's standard practices.Hold and manage keys for all properties.Oversee and ensure high standards of cleanliness, health, safety, and maintenance.Provide check-in services as needed to welcome guests.Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and fire safety regulations, maintaining accurate records.Offer additional services upon request, such as recommendations and grocery deliveries.Assist in the onboarding of new properties, including setup and testing.Coordinate and organize property maintenance activities.Manage and supervise the laundering of linens.Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems.Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.Benefits:Previous experience either in a managerial or supervisory role.Must hold a driving license and have the ability to travel between locations.Experience in property management or hotels (Minimum 2 years).Strong command of written and spoken English and Italian.Great knowledge of the Tuscany area.The ability to independently plan and complete projects with an ownership mindset.Be a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills, keen eye for details, strong work ethics, and exceptional grasp of legal concepts.Bonus to have an understanding of one or more of the following languages: French and Spanish.A flexible, can-do attitude with a willingness to be flexible, learn, and adapt to a fast-growing and scaling business.Proficient with using maintenance equipment and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills.Hours and Package:Part-Time contract 20 hours minimum across 7 Days.Location: Tuscany.Coverage will include: Palaia (PI), Buggiano (PT), Petrognano (LU), Massa e Cozzile (PT), Montecatini Terme (PT).Salary Package: €14k - €16k Per Annum.Job Start: Immediate.Travel between locations will be reimbursed.Our Values as a Company:Urgency: Acts promptly, purposefully, and efficiently.Excellence: We strive for excellence in everything we do, setting high standards for ourselves and continuously raising the bar.Resourcefulness: Embraces challenges, takes initiative, has innovative problem-solving abilities.Ownership Mindset: We hold ourselves accountable for our actions, fostering a culture of pride, initiative, and empowerment within our team.Communication and Openness: Transparent and open with constructive and positive feedback.
