For our Italian Team based in Rome we are looking for a Jr. PM who is a native Korean-Italian speaker to join our Project Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all reporting and communication between our Project Management department and our Headquarters in Korea. This role is critical in ensuring that our HQ receives accurate, timely, and comprehensive updates on our project progress.
The main Responsibilities are:
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and deliver regular projects reports, status updates and presentations to HQ in Korea
Translate project documents, reports, and communications from Italian to Korean and vice versa.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and in compliance with company standards.
Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between the local Project Management team in Italy and HQ in Korea.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the teams, addressing any language or cultural barriers.
Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning, execution and closing of projects.
Track project milestones, deliverables and timelines.
Support Senior project managers in various tasks as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Review project outputs to ensure they meet the quality standards required by HQ.
Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in project reports.
Required qualifications are:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role is preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Experience in working in multicultural global teams, with multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in spoken and written in Korean, Italian and English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
