FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in the production of energy from renewable sources, particularly in the wind sector. The Group's activities and core competencies cover all phases of design, construction, production, and sale of electricity, including landscape analysis, evaluation, and the approval process.
To strengthen our team at the Bolzano office, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d).
The selected candidate will assist in managing the final phase of projects and the construction of renewable energy plants, working in full EPC or EPCM mode. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with planners to define executive projects and contractual specifications; Working with the procurement and legal departments to define contract terms; Managing tender processes in cooperation with the procurement office; Overseeing contract execution and ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality by the contractor; Handling authorization aspects related to project implementation (including land acquisition); Defining and monitoring project costs/budgets during construction; Managing GSE practices for the request and acquisition of FER incentives. Required skills and qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical diploma; Minimum experience in project/contract management in the photovoltaic/wind sector, with proven experience in constructing plants with a capacity over 1 MW; Knowledge of software packages necessary for reading and modifying project documents, related reports, and management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel); Good command of the English language. Personal abilities: Ability to work effectively and proactively in a team, interacting with all company departments (development, technical area, legal area, procurement, management control, finance, local offices) and external collaborators to improve processes and project effectiveness; Willingness to travel, flexibility, and adaptability to changing environments; Goal-oriented; Strong problem-solving skills; Negotiation abilities; Residence or domicile in nearby areas or willingness to relocate is required. This position is also open to candidates belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
