Job Description Turner & Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Data centers sectors globally, and we would like to connect with Junior Project Managers with relevant skills, to work on projects based in the Milan region. To provide support to (Senior) Project Managers on a wide range of real estate projects of all sizes and dimensions.
Responsibilities include: Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking;Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project;Producing project plans;Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators;Tracking and documenting changes;Preparing formal project progress and other reports;Liaising with the client, contractors and designers;Attending meetings and drafting minutes.Other responsibilities include: Preparing presentation materials for client pitches;Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database.Qualifications University degree in Construction Management, electrical or mechanical engineering.Business level Italian and English.1 to 4 years of experience.Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
