RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager - Civil Engineering and Consulting to join its office in Genoa, Naples, Rome or Milan - Italy within the Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division.
Mission We are looking for a Junior Engineer to join our Civil Engineering and Consulting Business Unit. The selected candidate will work on projects in the field of road and railway infrastructure. The selected candidate will be trained on the job to become responsible and accountable for executing and leading projects, ensuring completion of deliverables within the defined deadlines, scope, and budget.
Key Accountabilities Activities you will work on:
Project Management:Develop project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Define project tasks and resource requirements.Create and maintain project schedules.Client InteractionTeam ManagementBudget ManagementRisk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project meets quality standards and client expectations; implement and enforce quality control processes.Contract Management: Understand and manage contract terms and conditions; ensure that the project complies with contractual obligations.Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders; conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and solutions.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.Education Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Civil Engineering; Other in Environmental Engineering
