Position Overview: As a Junior Project Manager in Automotive R&D, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the automotive product development lifecycle. Working closely with senior project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring project milestones are met, timelines are adhered to, and that project deliverables align with the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, design, and production. Support in the preparation of project documentation, status reports, and presentations. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct regular follow-ups on project tasks to identify potential risks or delays. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure action items are followed through. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and workflows. Assist in coordinating testing and validation activities to meet project quality standards. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage resources, schedules, and material deliveries as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in project management or coordination; automotive experience is preferred. Basic understanding of automotive development processes and R&D principles. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar). Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations. Exposure to Agile or Lean project management methodologies. Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle components. Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
