Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Junior Project Manager/Assistant for our International School who will work closely with the Head of School and the Leadership Team within a programme specifically designed to support exceptionally talented students in scientific subjects so that they can pursue a rigorous academic curriculum focused on these disciplines.
STARTING DATE: January 2025 Main responsibilities: Liaise with the Head of School/Leadership team to support the school's needs.
Support in the organisation and management of exam sessions.
Data entry and data analysis.
Support in internal communication (families) and external (project partners).
Assist throughout the entire organizational process.
Student Office support.
Qualifications and skills: A relevant bachelor (e.g., Law, Economics, Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, International Relations, Political Science).
Interest in the educational field.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Practical and fast learner.
Collaborative team builder.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a sense of humor.
Fluent in English: reading, speaking, writing (level C1-C2).
Fluent in Russian: reading, speaking, writing (level C1-C2) will be a plus.
Provides excellent service with professionalism.
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional IT skills (MacOs operating system, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack).
Previous experience in a similar environment will be highly regarded.
Study experiences abroad (e.g., Erasmus) will be highly regarded.
An Indiana Jones-style of on-the-go problem-solving.
