INFIBRA TECHNOLOGIES was established in 2014 as a spin-off company of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, by a group of researchers, highly skilled in fiber optic sensors systems. From the beginning, the focus has always been on the engineering of state-of-the-art fiber optic sensors systems and their exploitation in industrial field, capitalizing the huge technical expertise in the field.
From 2020 Infibra Technologies is part of a primary automotive player and it is fully concentrated in developing new high tech solutions.
Based on the last significant growth Infibra Technologies is looking for a:
**Junior Project Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manages the project's development, supervising for the timing and costs
- Support to project leader for coordinating the technical activities linked to the design phase, prototype production and testing validation activities
- Support to project leader for management and control in order to guarantee the alignment between the project targets and results
- Responsible for periodical checks on the progress scheduled activities
- Reporting on progress work and activities
- Support to preparation of project proposals or problem solutions
**Requirements**:
- Master Engineering degree (e.g. Management, EICT, Electronics or Mechanics Engineering)
**Technical skills**:
- Basic or theoretical knowledge in project management skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role of Project Manager in a high tech research field
- Previous experience (internship or case studies) in supervisory role will be considered a plus
- Good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes a plus
- Knowledge of product development a plus

- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability in building trust in professional relationship
- A demonstrated problem solving ability
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Available to travel in Italy towards project partner's headquarters and Infibra Technologies offices.
