**Junior Project Manager**:
JOB MISSION
The mission of this role will be achieve the respect of the timing for the product development projects by having a key role in coordinating project activities, data entry and new product development process maintenance.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Create the project planning;
Monitor the progresses of the projects in order to guarantee the respect of the timing;
Supervise the supply chain phase, being a connector between purchase and production department and marketing&trade marketing teams.
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Guarantee the respect of procedures for new product development process;
Identify which area could be improved;
Create new procedures and tools for product development process.
TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATION
Upload on MRP software the product data (for products and components) and the BOMS.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Management Engineering
Previous experience in the role will be considered a plus
Good knowledge of English (level B2 or upper)
Good knowledge of Excel
Attitude for planning, time management and organization
High analytical capability
Highly motivated and result-oriented
Must be a self-starter and willing to take initiative
Strong attitude in team working and social and communication skills
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Flexibility in relation to the changes on Project timing or scope
The use of Microsoft Project (or other Project Developement Software) is a nice to have
