Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges Honeywell is looking for Apprenticeship who will be trained in 24 months as Junior Project Manager for our Honeywell Building Automation (BA) division in Padova.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.
Your responsibilities: Work with Sr Project Manager on multiple projects to ensure excellent execution and deliver on-budget and on-time.Support for coordination, planning, scheduling, and tracking the implementation of projects including cost, schedule, performance, status of projects, and budgets; develop, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.Use specific project engineering software tools.Track project status, assess project risks, and blockers.Track and own some elements of continuous quality improvement efforts such as localization quality assurance and localization and engineering bug triage.Work closely with stakeholders and handle communication with linguists, product management, and sales and marketing teams.Work in a team for MOS common tasks on Honeywell Tools & Processes dedicated to the PM's. Must have: You are under 29 and you are going to graduate, or you have graduated with a master's degree in electrical engineering or Management Engineering.Ability to balance multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying needs of complexity.Flexibility to deal with changes, delays, interruptions, and unexpected events.Fluent in both Italian and English.You have the aspiration to develop a technical path and grow.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you are able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas.
