In GroupM Entertainment, we're looking for a Project Manager who is confident to mix accounting and project management skills.
The ideal candidate has expertise in branded content, influencer marketing, media partnership, and on-field activation.

Bringing together a significant range of disciplines, you'll need organization, patience, and a great sense of humor (it helps, always).
Main Activities: Manage actively the account(s) she/he has the responsibility for, acting as point of contact both internally within the agency and client-side.
Partner with the agency's team (strategy, media, creative, events, and production) to develop and bring to life communication projects, actively coordinating all involved practices.
Own the overall project management, working on timing, scope of work, and economic-related aspects (i.e., working as well with finance, administration, and legal offices).
Manage timings, goals, and client's expectations accordingly to the specific project.
Coordinate all internal disciplines in order to deliver projects and provide support to the client's challenges.
What background we have in mind for this position: Understanding of consumer attitudes, motivation, and behavior.
Ability to manage projects and conversations with a wide number of stakeholders with different backgrounds (live comm, content, creative, and production).
At least 1 year of experience in accounting and project management.
Ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlines and stakeholders.
Team player.
Proactive & positive mindset.
Fluent both in English and Italian.
Location WPP Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working).
