Join the Business Development team in the South-West Europe region (Belgium, Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Portugal).
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a support role in the implementation of strategic sales projects, a large part of which will involve training internal and external populations (customers) in line with the sales strategy.
You will have the opportunity to work with our project managers, help them roll out strategic projects, and implement training plans.
At VELUX, training is a major area of business development for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: Participating in the harmonization of training plans within the region in collaboration with the Regional Training Manager.
Harmonization of internal training (inter-country and group coordination).
Helping to run the region's network of trainers (workshops, brainstorming, etc.).
Participate in the roll-out of strategic regional projects with the Project Managers.
Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, group, etc.).
Data analysis / data support.
Preparation of meetings.
Your Profile: With at least 4 years' higher education in business or equivalent, you already have initial experience in project management and a strong interest in the world of business and training.
Rigorous and organised, you are capable of managing a variety of projects independently and demonstrate proactivity and initiative.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in French and English.
Fluency in an additional language spoken in the region would be a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Type of contract: Work-study contract from January 2025.
Duration: 1 year.
