NB THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION Role Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for securing full alignment between Sales/ComOps and Operations in order to maximize financial results. The Project Manager is mainly responsible for managing Customer Orders, monitoring and shipping by the requested delivery date and associated margin targets resulting from the specific Sales Area linked to the respective operational plan.
This position requires basic knowledge of centrifugal pumps and/or rotating equipment, material specifications, and metallurgy. Knowledge of IT tools completes the skills profile. The Project Manager is expected to build solid relations with Sales/ComOps and Customers through constant telephone use, written correspondence, and face-to-face visits along with Sales/ComOps. Network relations with the overall EMA Parts Team are key for the success of the position, and availability to travel, when required, is essential.
