Junior Project Management Officer Intern

Job DescriptionWe are opening a stage position to learn the job of Junior Project Management Officer within an ongoing ambitious international program called "Insurance In A Box".
It is a very large, challenging and complex IT transformation project with multiple countries involved and revolving around Core Insurance systems.The resource will operate within the Division of Global Core Application Platform for Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP).Responsibilities:Support the relevant stakeholders involved in the projectAssist with the management of project meetings with the different business functions involvedPrepare the relevant supporting documents through the project lifecycleCollect and analyze dataCreate reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor project activitiesManage users and tool accessRequirements:Fluent in both Italian and EnglishAttitude to team workingStrong attention to detail and technicalitiesStructured approach and mindsetCompany Profile:Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development, and welfare of modern societies.
