To strengthen our team at the Bolzano office, we are looking for a Junior Project Developer Wind/Hydro/Storage (m/f/d) with 1-2 years of professional experience in the development and design of large-scale renewable energy production plants.
The selected candidate will report to the area manager.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: Degree in Engineering (preferably civil/environmental/structural/energy/electrical) or Environmental Sciences and Technologies; Proficiency in key software tools (Office suite, AutoCAD, QGIS, etc.
); Knowledge of topics related to the wind, hydroelectric, photovoltaic, and storage sectors; Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities in technical areas; Proficiency in English; Availability for short trips within Italy and abroad; Precision and passion for work; Flexibility and motivation to perform assigned tasks; Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team; Residence in nearby areas or willingness to relocate is required.
Key Responsibilities: Preliminary assessment of new development opportunities both internal and external, using GIS, CAD software, regulatory checklists, and resource databases, including site scouting; Technical and economic feasibility evaluation of projects in collaboration with department colleagues; Development of projects according to the area manager's directives and in collaboration with external consultants; Technical support in permitting procedures, including documentation preparation and subsequent integrations; Administrative and commercial support in project development activities and interactions with public administrations; Preparation of graphical documents, estimates, and calculations; Execution of basic calculations, simulations, and preliminary analyses; Assistance in drafting project-related contracts.
This position is also open to candidates from protected categories under Law 68/99.
The type of contract and salary level will be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
