**As Junior Product Specialist **for **Heating Heat Pumps**, reporting to the Product Manager, you will be inside our Heating Heat Pumps Group Product Management team. Your aim will be to support in defining the product plan, managing the product portfolio and drafting a potential business plan.
- In detail, you will support the manager for the** following activities**:
- Deep analysis of competitors' range and main drivers of value generation: range structure, features and technologies, price positioning, channels, industrial and commercial footprint
- definition of product guidelines related to the Heating Heat Pump Product line
- definition of Product Plan, proposing the new product development and managing this process in all phases
- Cooperate with key company functions (first of all Markets, R&D, Quality and Procurement) to develop new products and phase them in the market
- Product line Sales monitoring, understanding market dynamics and product trends
- Catalogue life cycle management and optimization
Good relational skills, analytical and managerial capabilities, an inclusive and flexible approach and entrepreneurship will complete the profile.
