Summary:
Support marketing efforts related to communication of company products to help to drive product sales, product adoption and customer retention. Coordinate product-related communications to prospective and current customers and trade publications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Marketing support assisting in on-going development, updating and creating content and engagement planners, issuing push notifications, processing rewards, analysing usage data for internal reporting and presentations, and recommending new communications and promotions. Enhance user experience for greater engagement. Track and report on marketing programs. Review and maintain the correct user group. Support marketing collateral production. Review, maintain, and develop process documentation. Moderate chat discussions, comments and engagement. Liaise closely with all internal stakeholders. Experience and Skills:
Minimum one year in administrative support for marketing or business operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills in both Italian and English. Self-motivated with a flair for being creative. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player. Efficient in organizing and managing daily tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals. Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing business needs.
