Our goal is to be your best partner, ensuring successful outcomes and empowering lives.Junior Product Manager (TMTI)Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support:Assist the team in planning and executing marketing plans for assigned products.Collect and analyze market data to inform marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop local marketing objectives.Product Development:Evaluate opportunities for new product development and market expansion.Sales Support:Provide operational support to the sales force, including product presentations and customer training.Training Materials:Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product training materials.Compliance:Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.Experience:Previous work experience or internships in marketing or product management are advantageous.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of computer tools (MS Office, data analysis software).Proficiency in English and Italian.Abbott is a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life.
