**Junior Product Manager Risk Prevention Division**

HARTMANN Italy, the Italian branch of HARTMANN Group (German health care listed company), is looking for a **Junior **Product Manager **for the Risk Prevention Business Division, based in our corporate offices in Verona.
S/he will be responsible for developing the Marketing Mix policies of the assigned products to ensure the business plan, analysis and monitoring of the market and competition.
**Main responsibilities**:
As a Junior Product Manager you will:
- Support the team in the analysis and monitoring of the market and the competition
- Support the team in the implementation of the country strategy with respect to market needs.
- Manage the portfolio: coordinate launches, develop marketing materials and actions.
- Actively participate in innovation and strategy projects.
- Analyze the results of the product lines ensuring the achievement of the objectives.
- Support the team in the definition of the pricing policy
**What do we look for?
**
- A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Health Sciences
- MBA or master's degree in Marketing is an asset.
- You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing dept., preferably in the medical devices or health sector
- Fluent in Italian and English
