Sweden-based **Mölnlycke Health Care** company is looking for a future college.
As a **Junior Product Manager **(m/w/d), you would support the Italian sales team in ORS&Gloves department.
**Your responsibility**
- Supporting the Group Product manager, having direct relations with the global marketing team and local sales team.
- Being active part in local marketing plan definition.
- Responsibility for the technical training program for ORS and Gloves (including securing Clean Room training program execution and implementation).
- Providing market analysis in terms of profitability and possible substitutions.
- Launches new gloves products and supporting innovation through the identification of unmet customer needs.
- Supporting communication (newsletters, medias plan etc) for designated products / markets with customers / salesforce / Customer Service Centre / partners.
- Preparing and updating product technical dossier according to differentiation strategies, competition framework and tender requirements.
**Profile**
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, flexible, creative, solution-oriented team player.
- Strong work planning and organizational silks.
- Knowledge of English (at least B2).
- Previous marketing experience will be the advantage.
