**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a talented **Junior Product Manager Kinder Bakery** who will support in managing innovation projects for the Category, with a special focus on **Kinder Délice** and **Ferrero Fiesta** projects as well as transversal activities relevant for the category.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Innovation Project development**
- Support the team in the Strategic process of medium and long term innovation;
- Active contribution to the development of the full marketing mix (product recipe development, packaging, industrialization, business case definition);
- Actively follow and coordinate the validation steps of the projects in full alignment with CSU;
- Align and coordinate key stakeholders, engaging colleagues to get their full commitment and agreement to ensure the implementation of the actions;
- Monitor the whole process to ensure the achievement of the goals within the scheduled timing.
**Existing portfolio management**
- Actively contribute to manage current and new brand identities (template, artwork, creative agencies relationship) and ADV process;
- Continuously support Areas and Bus in the day-by-day activities related to industrial brand;
- Coordinate specific activities related to recipe updates and documental flows;
- Closely monitor the performance on market;
- Manage the team budget monitoring, together with all the activities strictly related.
**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/ Brand Management (preferably FMCG)
- Global mindset & curiosity
- Strong project management & communication skills
- Experience in working with agencies
- Results oriented, precise & proactive
- Able to prioritize & work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines
- Analytical skills
- International experiences/background are considered a plus
**IT Skills**
- Excellent PC command (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of Nielsen/IRI/Euromonitor DBs
- Familiarity with SAP/Ariba Architecture is considered as a plus
**Languages**
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are considered a plus
