As part of KION ITS EMEA, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will be in charge of:
Ensuring proper rules of work within the project team.
Ensuring the coordination of all functions.
Explaining targets and stakes of the project to the team.
Ensuring good collaboration within the team and managing conflicts.
Synthesizing all specifications and requirements to define a technical answer.
Ensuring that all necessary actions and countermeasures are defined to respect budget, cahier des charges, and project targets.
Establishing the project time schedule, updating it on a regular basis, and evaluating opportunities for timing optimization.
Building, establishing, following, and getting approval of the business case and the cahier des charges of the project.
Sharing on a regular basis the progress of the project and ensuring clear reporting to the stakeholders.
Applying the procedure of the company (locally and at Group level) and using the processes and tools defined by the Group.
Managing a project risk analysis and following the actions defined.
Tasks and Qualifications: Education:
Engineering Degree or equivalent (mechanical, electrotechnical, etc.) or first experience of coordinating tasks and leading contributors (in R&D, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
