The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels. We are looking for a Junior Product Developer to join the AW LAB team, specifically in the product design team. The resource will join a young and dynamic team, working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to develop the VRL line, AW LAB's in-house streetwear/urban brand. The resource will have the opportunity to leverage their creativity and passion for urban fashion, combining a hands-on approach in retail with both creative design tasks and analytical activities to evaluate market trends and product performance. KEY CHALLENGES Contributing to the design and development of the VRL line, following the latest streetwear trends Produce graphic proposals and visual concepts for VRL apparel products Support the team in the preparation of sales analysis reports to monitor the performance of the line and identify market preferences Collaborate on the creation of presentations and supporting materials for VRL collections Carry out market research and collect data on trends, competitors and new proposals in the footwear and streetwear sector REQUIREMENTS Passion for streetwear and footwear Diploma/Degree in the field of Fashion Design Delivers in a consistent way following department priorities, respecting deadlines Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information Extroversion and relational attitude Preferable direct knowledge of retail and customer dynamics Creativity and analytical precision: ability to combine a creative vision with a strategic approach, supported by data analysis and reports Operational and enterprising approach: ability to work practically and manage different responsibilities, even on tight deadlines Good knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Good knowledge of English Spanish (nice to have) LOCATION Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period J-18808-Ljbffr
