**About this role**:
We're looking for a systems-level thinker with a dedication to craft who enjoys collaborating with product managers, engineers and other designers to create intuitive, delightful and innovative experiences for our users.
As a Product Designer, you have strong empathy for the user experience and care deeply for design fundamentals.
You will help build the end-to-end experiences for our users - you'll drive design and best practices for our growing product.
You can self-manage and try to anticipate friction with proactive solutions.
You have a growth mindset and thrive on continuous learning.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Design flows, prototypes, wireframes and high-fidelity visuals for new features
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, other product designers and engineers to design and build products that solve our customer's needs, are feasible to implement and deliver on our business goals
- Own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation
- Ensuring that the quality of implementation meets design requirements.
- Work with our design system to ensure consistency while helping to improve and expand on our component library
- Maintain a growth oriented mindset, openly seeking feedback to improve and expand your knowledge
- Level up team practice and processes
**Who we are looking for**:
- 1+ year of experience designing end-to-end experiences for digital products
- You have empathy for users and are eager to discover and resolve their pain points
- Fluency with modern design, prototyping and remote collaboration tools
- Comfortable sharing your process and explaining the design rationale behind your decisions
- Demonstrable understanding of systems thinking.
You'll need a deep understanding of common UI patterns, and which UI patterns map best to a given scenario.
- Attention to detail and well-developed problem-solving skills
- Experience contributing to and consuming component-based design systems
- A portfolio showcasing work that exhibits attention to detail and articulates design decisions
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and initiative: you seek — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Humility — there is no "I" in the team.
